Since 1974, Aging & In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana, Inc. (AIHS) has been dedicated to empowering older adults, people with disabilities, and their family caregivers to live with dignity, independence, and purpose.

We are a private, nonprofit social service organization, proudly designated by the State of Indiana as the Area Agency on Aging for northeast Indiana. Our reach extends across nine counties—Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley—providing vital programs, resources, and advocacy to those who need it most.

At AIHS, we believe that aging is not about limitations, but about possibilities. Through innovative services, community partnerships, and compassionate support, we’re here to help individuals and families navigate life’s transitions with confidence.
